We want you to love every piece you receive. Because our products are natural, handcrafted, and often one-of-a-kind, each item may contain unique variations, inclusions, textures, or color differences that make it beautifully individual.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be returned in original packaging when possible
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

Custom or personalized orders
Intuitively chosen items
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Live sale claims
Minor natural imperfections in crystals, minerals, or handmade products

Natural stones often contain:

Internal fractures
Druzy pockets
Veining
Surface texture variations
Color shifts under different lighting

These are considered part of the natural beauty of the piece and are not defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not already shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Bloom & Stone is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please verify your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
