Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, live events, or high-volume periods.
  • Custom or handmade items may require additional preparation time.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship through major carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Bloom & Stone is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Packages marked as delivered but missing
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If a package appears lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges
  • Refunds may exclude original shipping costs

Damaged Packages

We package fragile items carefully, but damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

Large or Fragile Crystal Shipments

Some larger mineral specimens, spheres, towers, or fragile pieces may require:

  • Signature confirmation
  • Additional packaging protection

We reserve the right to contact customers regarding shipping adjustments for unusually large or delicate orders.

International Shipping
