Bloom & Stone Layaway Program

Found the perfect piece but need a little extra time? Our layaway program allows you to reserve your favorite crystals, carvings, décor, and collectibles while making payments over time. You will need to call us at (210)265-5569 or email us to set up the initial Lay Away plan.

How It Works

✨ 25% Deposit Required

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the item's purchase price is required to begin a layaway.
• Once the deposit is received, the item will be marked as reserved and removed from public sale.

✨ 60-Day Payment Period

• The remaining balance must be paid within 60 days of the layaway start date.
• Payments may be made at any time and in any amount during the layaway period.

✨ No Interest or Fees

• Bloom & Stone does not charge interest, finance charges, or payment fees on layaway purchases.

✨ Item Shipment

• Your item will ship once the balance has been paid in full.
• Standard shipping policies apply.

How to Make a Layaway Payment

Making payments is easy!

1. Visit the Deposit/Payments on our website.
2. Choose your deposit/payment amount
3. Add the selected payment option to your cart and complete checkout.
4. We will manually apply your payment to your reserved item and update your remaining balance.

• Home Décor
• Collectibles
• Most regular-priced merchandise

Layaway may not be available on sale items, clearance items, custom orders, fresh flowers, or limited-time promotional items.

Cancellation & Store Credit Policy

If the remaining balance is not paid within 60 days:

• The layaway will be canceled.
• The item will be returned to inventory.
• All payments made, including the deposit, will be converted into Bloom & Stone Store Credit.
• Store credit may be used toward future purchases and will remain valid for 12 months from the cancellation date.

Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Layaway items are reserved exclusively for the purchasing customer.
• Discount codes and promotional offers may not be combined with layaway purchases unless specifically stated.
• Balances must be paid in full before items can be shipped.
• By placing a layaway deposit, you agree to the terms of the Bloom & Stone Layaway Program.
